It all started when…

Sheri and Tina connected this Fall after both having been moved by the experience of practicing the ancient Hatha Teachings of MOON, SUN & FIRE while in Bali.

Tina, had just returned from another trip to study at The Practice in Canggu, where she spent over a month assisting Octavio Salvado in a month long intensive teacher training; a training which she had completed over a year ago. Sheri was introduced to the same teachings while traveling to Bali earlier this year, and aborted her travels after discovering the studio. She spent the next 16 days immersed in study, and prior to returning to Park City, enrolled in a series of Para Yoga advanced training’s. Having completed Prana Shakti, Yoga Sutras and the Four Desires advanced modules through the lineage.
